Having children can make life crazy…yet somewhat boring, especially if you had to kiss your social life good-bye. Some days you wake up and you don’t feel like yourself…or even a woman at all! I had Elisha and Elyssa 1 year and 7 days apart, so I know ALL about that!
Have you lost your passion?
Does it seem too EXOTIC to be harbored in you?
Do you wish you had it back?
How do you get back that INSPIRED, MOTIVATED, ENERGIZED, CONFIDENT woman you once were and get your groove on? Here’s what works for me:
7 Ways To Get YOUR Passion Back
  1. Think of Past Successes. think of moments in which you felt “on top of the world”, fabulous, successful, beautiful, sexy and passionate.
  2. Be Grateful. think of the wonderful things you have, the wonderful experiences you live and the wonderful people in your life. As my daddy says “life is hard, but it’s beautiful!”
  3. Give. when you give, you feel blessed and you experience joy. It recharges you, renews you and gives you a new found zest for life. You can give your time, a generous gift, or even a compliment.
  4. Smile. even when you don’t feel like it. Just do it! It’s the curve that makes everything straight. It will bring enthusiasm to you and to others… a win-win!
  5. Posture Perfect. physiology can alter human emotion and behavior. Make your body and face act happy, eager, excited… and you’ll soon feel it. “If you’re happy and you know it…”
  6. Get Active, Get Out. getting in contact with nature is an amazing way to get in tune with ourselves…and it’s free. Exercising is a great way to get the adrenaline going and getting our confidence levels up, too! Remember: “it’s gonna be okay, just dance!”
  7. Dress Up. when I’m not feeling all too well, I “get pretty.” I wear my fave clothes, put on a little make up and wear me some super high heels. It always works! 🙂
BONUS TIP:
Having a personal cheerleader – or a whole team of them – is one strategy that won’t fail. When you associate with positive people, they will make sure you keep an ardent attitude about life! They don’t have to live across the street…they could be in another country or another continent, yet their impact on your life is going to be quite significant and the results in your life massive!

There you have it! Nothing happens until something moves, so… get moving! xo xo
