Dressing Up Like She-Ra and the Princesses of Power

Giveaway disclosure

My daughters and I are obsessed with She-Ra and the Princesses of Power, and we cannot wait for Season 2, which debuts on Netflix on April 26!!!

In Season 2 of She-Ra and the Princesses of Power, Adora finds herself firmly at the lead of the Princess Alliance, embarking on a quest of self-discovery to learn more about her past and her future as She-Ra. With Catra rising the ranks of the Horde, the Rebellion must fight to thwart her next attack.

Elyssa thinks She-Ra and the Princesses of Power is an incredible show that is entertaining, exciting, and engaging. She loves how She-Ra and the Princesses of Power a more relevant version of what she calls “the older show.” I used to watch the original series and I agree that the nostalgic factor is there, but the themes and messaging are not only updated to today, but even ahead of our time.

Elyssa told me that one of her favorite things about She-Ra and the Princesses of Power is the lovable, relatable characters, and also that in She-Ra and the Princesses of Power we learn many valuable lessons, like how we need to always stick together with the people we love, and that hurt people hurt people. Elyssa can’t wait to see where season 2 takes us!

Elisha thinks She-Ra and the Princesses of Power teaches that you can make a difference and stand up for what you believe in no matter what abilities you have. She also love the message that everyone can be a princess, and that princesses come in all shapes, colors, sizes, and that we all have things we are good at.

Elisha loves the representation of women, how we are powerful and have the power to be leaders. Elisha considers that She-Ra and the Princesses of Power is such a needed show for today so girls can have strong role models to look up to, and that She-Ra and the Princesses of Power is filled with heart, showing that you can find family all around you, and that no matter what happens, you don’t have to give up. Elisha can’t wait to see the story and the characters develop more and see what happens next!
